Creams that are PRN to be able to set as could do.

Currently you can only set creams as 'could do' if they self administer but I have lots of creams that are prescribed as needed but as the care team are applying I cannot document that this the resident who is not able to apply the cream has done it. I need the option to set the cream as could do or must depending on the instructions.

I have lots that the carers are being prompted to must apply the creams so the do it as it is flagging as red flag. if the instructions are as needed / when required and being applied regularly due to the red flags it is resulting in unnecessary use of the creams when it is not needed as they think they must do it.
