Improved Occupancy Reporting and Funding Source Field

The occupancy reporting on PCS is woeful and needs to be improved dramatically for PCS to hope to compete against other platforms and prevent clients from leaving.

Also desperately needed is to have a Funding Source field installed on residents dashboard.

Both of these things are of huge improtance as they are regularly required for many things i.e. reporting to shareholders, business insurance renewels, applications for finance.
