only allowing you to record nutrition and fluid based on SALT

When you change the Nutrition assessment and tick the present SALT requirements i.e. Level 7 diet and Level 2 fluids, this then updates on the dashboard. However when the staff go on the tablet and record the diet and fluids, it should not give you options to choose from for the diet and fluid and it should automatically register that whatever meal and fluid is inputted that it was done as Level 7 diet and Level 2 fluids. For example an option of pureed you can select but then another as liquidised then another as soft and bite size for one person. This is because there is multiple options for SALT requirements when inputting via the tablet device. We feel the system should recognise when inputting diet and fluids.
