Ability to Edit Uploaded Document Filters

Currently there are only a select amount of document filters when uploading documents to a patients care plan including referrals, official correspondence, and hospital letters to name a few.

It would be more beneficial to service providers if we had the option to edit these tags and create our own to allow us to manage documents more effectively when uploading to patients care plans.

Please could we have the choice to edit the uploaded file tags for ease of record keeping.
