Please could you enable photos to add a photo on the phones please.

I think when undertaking a body map, you could have the ability to add and take photos to this document of any marks on the residents. this would then have photo evendence of any marks
Please could you share some additional information on this request please? We have the ability to take photos on the device as either a general photo or you can select 'wound photo' which can then be uploaded to a wound care plan. Is the request to have the ability to view these photos on the care app?
