We need to be able to change the 'fluids offered' otherwise its a false recording especially when residents are on a thickener. The limitations is not working, we need to have the flexibility to select how much was offered and then to confirm with what was drunk. Enables effective recording.
would it be possible to add a drink offered with 0 taken and then be able to amend the amount once they have drunk the drink as often it is different carers and they dont know how much will be drunk and the ones removing the cup need to know how much was originally in the cup
