Ability to record adding precription thickener to any drink

At the moment, there IS a slider in the 'Nutrition, Eating & Drinking area of ad hoc sliders that allows a 'Thick Drink' to be added.

Would it be possible to have the option to add a specific (free text) note of a specific thickener being added against the other drinks available in this section?

I know these thickeners are medications, do you know if they would in fact be better recorded as administered via ATLAS?
