Disabling specific tile on emotional support and additional tiles to be added

I have noticed that on the ABC (behaviour chart) all the tiles linked in emotional support trigger a behaviour chart, not all tiles should trigger a behaviour chart.

In my opinion the only tiles that should trigger behaviour

• Agitated

• Distressed

• Repetitive

• Disinhibited

And the emotional support that shouldn't be triggering a behaviour chart

• Confused

• Pacing

• Upset

• Social Worker

• Paranoid

• Wandering

• Hallucinate

• Emotional support

Also could there be a tile for

• Violent/ Physical

Also the lay out for the information when selected via charts-ABC and then the list of behaviours the lay out is all squashed up, making it hard to read. could there be a better lay out?

It has also been noted that if you was to reposition an individual (but are not set as a reposition on planned care) it will trigger a query of why that individual hasn't got a planned reposition.

For individuals that remain in bed there is also no option on PCS for the use of a slide sheet. Could a tile be made for that.
