Sliders for amount of meal eaten

Could a slider be added to foods/meals like the drinks, so that when food is delivered to a resident we can just say what they have been given, then when collected the amount can be added via a slider like the drinks? This would prevent items being added on twice and enable any staff to update how much of the meal a resident has eaten.
