Staff Messaging should be for both hand held devices and computer users. This currently only works for the hand held devices.

I can only send messages to staff via the computer, there is no system for the staff to communicate with each other or with me as a manager on the handheld devices - needs to be a better system so we avoid having to use pen and paper!
