Ability to Search Your Name When Signing In

When signing in on a handheld device, the option to search your name should be available rather than having to scroll through the drop down menu. We have 240 staff profiles currently active so having to scroll through the whole list to find your name is a tedious process.

Names should appear as you type. For example, my name begins with V. By just typing V, the list will reduce to just 8 as there are only 8 staff in our organisation that have a first or last name beginning with that letter.
