API - Welfare Power of attorney field

Currently on the ServiceUsers API endpoint only the Finance POA field is included in the data returned. We use the data from the API in several reports and this would be a key field we could use to check if residents have contacts/relationships assigned as welfare POA, and not just the finance POA.

This would benefit our welfare teams in checking and confirming if residents have relevant details, we are already able to check if a resident has an emergency contact using the export from the API.

This would work by including the Welfare POA field in the relationship/contact elements for a resident on the ServiceUsers export from the API.

Attached is an image showing the fields available on a contact in the user interface, and below the details included in the API export. With only the finance POA included.
