We were told by support to raise this as a suggestion as since the new system UI refresh, we are no longer able to use the desktop version of mCare on a mobile device.
Our on-call team or remote managers used to use this to un-suspend people we support from the system so they appear on the device again.
Can you either make mCare compatible on mobile devices or have the ability to un-suspend without the need to log into a laptop or computer.
