on the body map you have the infection tab and the wound tab, when im wanting to document a bruise i have to go under the wound tab and mess about on there and answer silly things that take up more of my time. could be have another tab thats for minor things like bruises
Would it be possible to have a ad hoc body map to record bruising instead of going through the wound assessment
When documenting a skin tear on the hand, the description is not right, it states fingers.
