Multiple Care plans in Certain Aspects of Life

Can we link multiple care plans to an aspect of life? When we do this, the old care plan under a certain aspect gets replaced by a new one that is about a completely different care need like COVID 19 care plan and Medical care plan when both recorded under 'Medical' aspect of life, the older recorded care plan disappears. In this case, my COVID care plan disappeared because Medical Care plan was the newer record under Medical aspect too.
