Would it be a good idea to have a quick list of all contacts made with proffessioanls and family, although you document in through a daily note, would be really good as a easy to go to especially when there is an inspection and they would like to see who has been contacted but also to track care more efficiently. I think is a little floored in places when things are in slightly different places would easier to navigate for those with less computer know how. Presently is taking sometime to go through when looking to follow up care.
