Deleting Diary events on Desktop

An a Care Home Admin I use a desktop device to access eCare - currently I can add diary events vis the desktop but I cannot delete or change them unless I switch to a handheld device which I don't use. Can the desktop application be amended to allow for diary entries to be amended or cancelled please?
