Print off action plans

HI, I have just started using the action plans on the system.
I would like to be able to print these off or download them to a word document so I can share the action plan with my trustees at their monthly meeting, I also have to submit our current action plan to CQC monthly at present and was hoping I could use the ones generated on PCS.
