Wound Care Plan - Printing Format

The wound assessment form needs to be printable in a format that is clear and legible to the tissue viability nurse. At present when you try to print it it prints in a long narrow strip over multiple pages. Without this fixed I feel we will probably go back to paper charts for our wound care and having our wound charts on here and accessible was one of the main reasons for going with PCS.
