It would be very useful to have a tile that states a DOL's is pending rather than only when its been approved. Often professionals (CQC) cannot navigate through the system and see that a DOL's has been applied for. Also an additional flag or tile like the 'butterfly' to show immediately that a DOLS is pending or approved on the dashboard.

We are looking to make some improvements to this functionality. At the moment, you can see on the Capacity & Consents reports when someone's DOLs is at the referral stage, however we are also going to ensure the DOLs tile displays in blue rather than red, and indicate that the DOLs is pending.
