Search for Staff/Resident

It takes between 3-5 minutes for the list to load when i am searching the database for staff or a resident, which is obviously unacceptable.

There needs to be a filter that i can split the search betweeen staff or resident, AND the ability to further reduce the search by home. to make loading time quicker. I also need to be able see more columns of data i.e if the account is cloease or open
