I agree, its time consuming the way it has been done. Information being missed, staff struggling to understand the process. It needs to be made simpler, no matter what device you are using if you select handover, it should be on the system for 14 days regardless, you shouldn't then have to complete all necessary steps just for the information to stay for 14 days. Staff are asking to go back to paper handovers as this isn't efficient enough.
