Personalised survey questionnaire

A personalised survey area which can be pushed on to the device . This would be information direct to residents/families for feedback around dining, care quality, activities, visiting.
which isn’t care notes etc but evidence of feedback and resident engagement and keeping it all in the PCS ecosystem. The answers can then be populated and reported on. However this would be personalised questions and not a set template of questions.
