Laying and Standing Blood Pressure

Please can you consider adding a section in the Observation record to include Laying and Standing Blood Pressures as this can give indication whether a resident has Postural Hypotension. This can be used to give some explanation why a resident may have frequent falls and indicate possible medication reviews etc.
