In Charge To-Do Tick List

Can you do a page where the in-charge can create, update, and close a to-do list?

For example, I created a to-do list for a resident stating "he is for appointment on dd/mm/yyyy" and as long as no one has closed it, it will still be on the to do list and prompting like how MUST, DOLS, and NUTRITION is being showed in the resident's profile.

This will help with the people to be reminded that they have an on-going, expected, or planned task.
