Change time orientation

Hi ,
Is it possible to change fluid charts timings
Eg ;
starts at :0800 am
ends at :0800 am next day ?
This will be 24 hrs chart instead a clock starting at 12 Midnight and ending at 12 Midnight as in PCS now .

This will enable Night staff to give a handover to Day staff in the morning with 24 hrs fluid intake and output .

Please consider .
