Care Day addition

Can an action be added to the care day for sleep systems. Many of our residents have specific sleep systems advised by physio's so to have this as an action to monitor whether residents are tolerating it and accepting using it each night would be beneficial. At the moment we are having to rename some other action tabs but this can be confusing to the staff providing the care.
