Can you look at consolidating food and meal chart so the meal chart included "other" and the food chart is removed

It would be of great benefit to not have both a Food Chart and Meal Chart on PCS. During a recent CQC inspection the inspector was not happy with the Food chart on PCS. We would rather just have the Meals Chart.
