The system is currently limited to 10 messages a day, when you have several staff and residents, this is not enough to pass on all important notifications and is a risk staff will miss things.
It will be great to be able communicate with staff via PSC, send and receive messages as well flag when message was received.
Link each assessment or care plan to message for receiver to look and respond or act upon it.
