To please change the bowel watch icon to a counter/different colour system. Can be individualised if helps.

Please can i ask for an improvement on the bowel watch icon. Please can this be a counter and not just keep saying 2 days without bowels open and the colour just staying orange. Or on occasion it will go to green with three days. Please can this be changed to an icon which counts the days and if possible flags up red after a certain amount of days as this could avoid hospitalization. I realise we should check the bowel chart every time we see two days but there are many bowel watches and many different staff using the system. This means that the action could be missed and if it was a better icon it would really help. Many thanks indeed. This could be something we could set for each resident like we do the fluid target.
