Assessments done report to reflect the customised list of assessments for the home

The list of assessment types in the Assessments Done report to reflect the assessments that been set for the home. Where assessments have been marked as not required in Organisation and they are no longer options to select for a resident then they are not needed to be shown in the drop down list in Assessments Done
