New Outcomes Types

When adding targets (Outcomes) there is a drop down box asking 'goal type' that only has limited options which are not relevant to the targets I am trying to add. Would it be possible for this to be a box you can type into instead of choosing from a list. If not can additional types be added such as; Community engagement, reducing behaviours, reducing incidents, sleep pattern, diet, family contact.
