Oral Care - NHS HEE RAG assessment sheets

NHS Health Education England produced a brief mouth care screening sheet, which is intended to be completed up to 24 hours after admission. They also created a mouth care assessment with a red/amber/green (RAG) system on it, which is really useful.
Can they be included in the assessment tools? [I'm aware that these are for England only.]
I'll have to email the documents as my computer is not letting me upload them here! Very annoying.
