PCS desktop needs troubleshooting

Need to sort out PCS on desktop where we are unable to add weight that will correspond with the MUST risk assessment.
We are also unable to add fluids offered and leave them at 0. One of your colleagues has advised that if we add fluid offered as "unknown" then we can leave the fluid consumed at 0, but this will then not add to our "fluid offered" for the day.
Please could these things be troubleshooted as a matter of urgency to improve our documentation.
