Activities - Being Able to Backdate when Recording

While I understand the need for a live system for aspects of physical care (such as the dispensation of medication), the documentation of meaningful activities cannot be completed in the same manner, as activities can last over an hour after they first begin, and also involve large groups and packing up, which means completing accurate notes is impossible when we're inputting information supposed to be live, when the activity already started up to two hours ago by the time everything is safely packed up and residents have been safely taken back to their rooms etc. and the time it takes to complete notes for every person that attended. Notes for activities should be allowed to be backdated. Especially as it often falls on activities teams who may only work 10am-4pm to see which residents had a family visitor in the evenings which needs to be logged the following day.
