accident and incident forms involving Police

Thank you for your support. Could you pass this suggestion to the back end team as this occurs in care homes having to report matters to the police , people going AWOL/Missing, please. As sometimes we may need to run a report on the frequency of residents going AWOL and under what circumstances. please.
