We would like to be able to customise the profile page, or have a customisable add-on to what is already there, for example, where it has 'risks to be aware of, should be aware of, medical summary' etc etc. We would like to be able to add something to this, such as 'Statement of aspiration' or 'goals' - i know we can have this under care plans, or outcomes but you have to actively go into those pages to find it. We are an LD & Autism provider, so this is helpful for our setting as we have many young people we support, therefore not everyone has 'risks' to be aware of.
I agree - a one page profile would be more suitable and presents the individual in a more dignified, humane and respectful way. I'm appalled whenever I log into the first page of the people we support, that the first thing you should know about them is their risks and medical history, those can be well documented on the care plans, risk assessments etc.
The first thing you should see about the person we support is a page who they are as a human being, just like any of us would want to be presented. I hop this new feature is implemented, I've attached an example.
