Customisable Icons

Please add the ability for managers/responsible persons to be able to create their own custom action icons with an icon, title and the ability to choose what icons show up for recording action (e.g. time taken, emotion, help needed etc...) this would save us time from having to request these features through this forum and wait for them to be implemented.
