Handover

Hi I have been reviewing the handover process and we have today been asking support why entries ticked as accidents, incidents, unusual and handover are not carried through to the handover unless we toggle all - toggle all shows all care completed . What would actually be more helpful for continuity of care is the notesaccidents, incidents, unusual and handover and outstanding care needs. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE HANDOVER ITS NOT SAFE AS IT IS SET UP PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME CATHRINA 0151 3532040 (we have asked support about this but information is conflicting)
