Post Fall Observation Tool

POST fall protocol- development tool, the Check OK or observation is not up to the standard, it creates a further risk then to have paper format as it can be confusing for staff. It would work similiarly to check ok/ neuro obs that we can currently set in the dashbord, but would include increased confusion, changes in mobility, obs. etc.
This will prevent safeguarding concerns and provide extra protection for good care
