About me form - there are missing questions about the past, past favourite activates, hobby, work experience, family life etc. Also (as been picked by CQC this month inspecion) not enough places and resident is asked about religious and cultural background. That is also part of "About me". Thats all very important when getting know the resident and should be added to this form
