Update Residents Front Page - shortcut.

I have just had to amend the 'risks to be aware of' section of a residents front page - to do this I had to go into every assessment to find the relevant information, delete it and input the relevant information. This took approximately 1 hour. It would be so much easier and a much better use of my time if this could all be deleted in one go.
