We are a Mental Health home and would like to see: Extending the 3,000 character/word limit when updating care plans. This is frustrating when a lot of documentation needs recording.
The 3000 character limit is very frustrating and from what i remember was not always a feature. On both care plan reviews and now adhoc actions.
It is nearly impossible to record behavioural episodes, MDT meetings, or important care conversations in less than 3000 characters. And having to cut/paste and make multiple entries can effect legibility.
