Monitoring of care notes

It would be beneficial to evidence that management/seniors are reading and verifying the care notes. A function of 'last seen' may be beneficial or having a function for management sign off at the end of the week/day. Local authority and CQC have been asking of ways to evidence how the notes are being checked and monitored by management level.
