Adding the description to the picture from the hand held device

Dear team

It will be very helpful if you can enable some option to motion some description of the pictures they take from the device camera .

Currently as soon as picture is taken and completed it will push to the servers and anyone looking at the picture will not have any information about the picture to refer to.
Providing some option input some details with the picture will be very helpful when anyone looking at the dashboard , have an idea about the picture .
