Epilepsy Analysis/breakdown

Good morning I am the director of services for New Found Care ltd. I am ware that some of my colleagues have made to contact with regards to Epilepsy monitoring. The function that is available does not allow for individual break downs. Actual numbers or provide a graph for reference similar to the activity function. I am aware of other organizations that use PCS have been inspected by the Care Quality Commission and rated as unsafe due to not having the ability to breakdown and monitor Seizure activity.
Can your company give priority to this?
