Change back ground colour

Can there be an option the change the colour of the background, I have my background on Black with White writing on my computer, but you cannot change this on PCS. This causes eye strain especially when downloading all the data from scratch when you are a new customer. An anti glare screen does not help. Also the Blue background when linking assessments on the change section of care plans is not very clear to see. Thank you :)
