I would like to see a " Delusional" tile under emotional Support.

I would like to see a " Delusional " tile in the Emotional Support section. This is critical as Delusions and ideations do not fall under the present tiles and it helps with evidence for monitoring mental health and reviews for those service users that experience this. Applicable especially for people who suffer from Parkinson's disease or other mental health problems, where they get these ideas of falling in love with staff for example.
