Separate tile for bed bath

New individual Icon for bed bath, I am aware it is already under the bath tile, however, when staff click on full > they interpretate it as a full bed bath. The system takes it as a full bath and raises alert that temperature has not been recorded. Staff incl. agency forget that its the sponge icon that is used for bed bath. Can this be made as a separate tile as we have residents who are nursed in bed and only require this tile. This is to reduce the alerts raised. We are trying from our side to educate and remind staff. however, new agency staff are making this mistake as well.
