Access on Ascom handset to suspend Person

Hi, my suggestion is to change the settings on the Ascom handset when the client is suspended. At the moment when you suspend service user for example has been admitted to a hospital, you can still add notes and updates but only on PCS.
Staff readinng the notes on the Ascom Handset don't have the service user on the hanset as visible and availability to read the notes without logging in on PCS.
I think would be a lot easier if when the service user is suspended, still to have access to that person on Ascom Handset.
